For the sake of understanding the raw calculation, here is an example from Iamgold's Niobec PEA.
with grade of 0.46% Nb2O5, and 50% recovery, they received 0.15% NB/t (about third).
Keep in mind that weathered material usually has lower recoveries, but not extremely low as far as I read
