It would not make sense at all unless you're following Corporation law, which will or will not give power to the Administrator to hold the meeting, constiture and recognise the vote. It is a very rare situation to be in and if they get it wrong they will be in a world of pain.
Riddle me this: if the vote was taken incorrectly under the Constitution, and the company was returned, but to the new Board, what would the consequence and the remedy be?
