Of course NXS should be making an announcement within the next 2 weeks. Don't shareholders deserve an update on whether Santos is progressing the mercury guard and what the timeframe/cost is? It is four and a half weeks since they notified NXS of the mercury problem.
If they told you an announcemnt is due, it doesn't mean a farm out/partial sale announcement. Or does it in your opinion?
