Hope you’re right about the bottom, but I suspect it’s several years yet before the cobalt market has recovered from its near all-time lows (certainly on an inflation adjusted basis), so there’s potential for the share price to drift lower. This tired old thread about a ‘global’ cobalt province had a ring of credibility when it started, at which time the price of blue gold was double what it is now and was steadily climbing. The reality now is that there’s heaps on new supply, forever changing battery technologies and money tighter, so any deal done to start up the project in the short term will reflect the current negative environment and likely be to the detriment of shareholders in the longer term. Still, I guess this up-rampers thread at least helps remind those underwater that it’s worth bearing the pain for the next 2 or 3 years.
