No, they just said there will be an announcement in the next two weeks but would not allude to the reason for it.
By the way i just got an email response from the company denying the capital raising, yet again i wanted it in words!
I do know that there is a lock down (embargo) on purchasing NXS shares at a firm and it wasnt there earlier i cant release the name of the firm but its definitely not capital raising!
