LTR wouldn't need SQM's expertise, WES has much better expertise than SQM in chemicals process plant in Australia IMO because WES is in fertsiler and chemical business for a long time as well.
Also it doesn't look like LTR will receive a JV offer.
I think WES will make a cash + script (WES shares offer).
