Hi dyno, you may however wish to read up on what a partial offer is as the constitution won’t stop somebody from setting a minimum acceptance level as long as they are offering to acquire all the shares.
What it may stop somebody from doing is offering to acquire only a certain level of shares , ie they will only acquire 51% or whatever the figure they set. That is the offer is only partial, not for all the shares.
Anyway that’s my understanding of it, happy to hear from any experts on the subject.
