BUB was never at the MC level of BAL. BUB was a private company when the froth came in the milk powder industry and the hype that pumped A2m, BAL and some others. As BUB was losing money every year as a private company there was no better time to list and fill the bank account again, so they did. That worked for a while, still losing money ofcourse, but the share price rose. Escrow was finished so the BOD and others could take some money off the table. Perfect execution for them. But as always with badly run businesses that also have a product that will only satisfy a small market, south went the SP. And here we are, knocking on deaths door..........AIMO.
