It should be ex PSV. The current MD of RAU resigned from his post at PSV prior to the successful development of a Victorian gold mine. And I suspect the other staff may have followed him probably around the same time. The reference to ex PSV staff in the presentation may be to try and bolster a level of past competence to the current management team and ride on the reputation of a known successful mine, although none of them were involved in the development or operation of the mine.
