I don't own one, but I also don't own a fossil car, driven both. Sure I'll probably need to stop for a charge, most fossil cars will need to refuel as well on this supposed journey.
Coal may charge some of them for the time being, that's inevitable, but so is that method of charging.
Haven't heard of too many exploding, but so do fossil cars, what's your point?
