Woke up shaking my head in disbelief that MA & AC got to simply run away from the mess they created scott-free (with MA getting paid $450k in the process, and then getting re-employed in a similar MD role), whilst SHs have spent almost a year in this ridiculous / uneccesary / never-ending purgatory with no access to their capital, missing huge opportunity cost, whilst still having absolutely no idea as to what even happened in the first place.

WTF is going on?!?!
Enough is enough.
Just get it done already!!

Apparently ASIC don't have a problem with any of this.

What is the timeline for the conclusion of this so-called 'process'?

Meanwhile our cash available is reducing... simply being transferred into directors pockets at 'reduced rates' whilst they just copy & paste ANNs and continue to 'think about' subleasing the office.

I wish there was a link to virtually join the meeting. I hope some disgruntled SHs are able to attend the AGM in person (I'm interstate), and get some form of answers out of the so-called "BoD".

Hopefully Old Mate from the last meeting can make it. It would be good if there are a few more hecklers there also to shake the tree.
