Probably wishful thinking, but people in these threads were talking about any benefit to shareholders may be reduced by the amount of capital spent by Austroid.
Reckon courts could rule given the pricing discrepancy that they've been shipping spod back to motherland for vs actual spot - any capital receipts could be null and voided, allowing creditors/shareholders to realise full value?
