Very puzzling that 3B. Usually takes a few days to process, so the exercise of shares would have been instigated well before today's trading halt. But why exercise for 75c when shareprice is 25c? No idea.
I think announcement will advise that resource is not profitable with current conditions. If so, it will affect the shareprice short-term, unless they have something else up their sleeve.
