The price action was intense and exciting today. I tried to get in at $4.72 but ComSec cancelled my order because apparently my order 'required deposit' when they still owe me more than 100k to be settled tomorrow - unbelievable.
Anyway, as a result I was prevented from catching the 'falling knife'. I guess in a way I should thank ComSec.
This stock now looks like one other stock that I jumped into late 2008 when it suddenly dropped like a stone. What happened to my purchase of that other stock reminded me again today of John Maynard Keynes' saying 'Markets can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent'.
Yes, it does look oversold, but could it become even more oversold after I jumped in? My 'animal spirit' kept getting me jumping into stocks just a little too early.
