Wrong, the total value for the Appstablishment deal was 825m shares at 0.007/share (share price on 16/12/19 - date of announcement of deal) = $5.775m.
Where does your $10m come from?
Had the deal been completed in March 2020 as first intended according to the timeline in the announcements, the combined MC would have been circa $10.5m.
What's the inflated price exactly then??
Make up your mind.
Is it $5.8m, or $10.5m?
AF says it was $55.4m.... and then proceeds to justify that value in the books as $51m goodwill, synergies, and eliminating license fees.
