Yeah, we got an issue here.

There
hasn't been an increase of 42% in GTV at all. There's been a 0% increase. I don't know where they got $1.56 million for Q1 2022 when it was $2.23 million. There it is above, in black & white.
There's not much I can do about that. Also, W2V didn't acquire DevoluIVA until later on in the year. So the GTV last year didn't include it, but this year it should have been in there. So where is it?
Where's the DevoluIVA GTV?Is this all they can manage with DevoluIVA? I don't understand. If this includes DevoluIVA, it would mean the W2V share of the overall GTV has fallen since last year. Anyway, at least it's starting off 2023 in the same position as it was last year. The GTV for Q2 in 2022 was $5.6 million, so W2V has to beat that or it would have fallen for the first time when compared to last year. It doesn't mean that GTV would be lower in 2023, they still have until the end of 2023 to make it up.
The next quarter better be a cracker one,

I'm not seeing much cost-cutting either. Even if you take out that $462K owed to clients, it still burns the exact same amount of cash. What exactly have they cut?

This is supposed to be break-even by 2024. Lucky Thorney is onboard or I would be more concerned.
