You provide the quote about the difference between theory and law. That is irrelevant to your claim that theory can't become law.
I showed you that theory can become law, as stated by the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA). So you are wrong. Just admit it. Being wrong in this matter doesn't make stupid. But it does if you go round and round trying to cover up your mistake.
