In my opinion it appears that the company might be engaging in some shareholder discrimination in terms of its emailing or other communications. (Discrimination isn't necessarily illegal or even immoral).
I have heard of this happening previously by former posters on this forum - for instance Sigmadelta was once a very positive, very supportive of the company, style of HotCopper poster. But he or she claimed later that they were not receiving email communications. Sigmadelta became quite critical of CYP management around the time of the director loans and when a shareholder resolution to amend the constitution relating to email contacts was proposed to assist shareholder to shareholder communication.
There are plenty of times when what is stated on HotCopper by posters is not correct - people make mistakes - that's a given everywhere. And sometimes people say things that are wrong and not mistakes. Yesterday a top post by Highlanddad referred to an AFR report in which fibonarchery a former HC poster was jailed I believe - for market manipulation - using HotCopper.
Can others (that are holders) please confirm if they did or did not get the email Rossi has posted above please?
I a not accusing Cynata of being selective in who they email - I am simply investigating if that is so.
