    Getting paid in options or shares doesn't cost the company anything apart of a minor dilution.

    It all counts. Just ask to ATO. Whether its a cash cost or dilution, its unattractive to potential investors.


    The salary package details were agreed on before the IPO.The team gets paid according to what they are hired for and they have delivered.

    Things change. A pandemic happens. A war happens. Interest rates triple in 12 months. You shouldn't hold one detail constant in the face of changing circumstances. Have they delivered? The company now faces a cash crunch that threatens its existence. Is that something that should just be ignored? Directors and management should read the room and understand that salary reductions or forgoing bonus payments are they least they could do. Failing to do so obviously hurts shareholders, its also likely to hurt them in the not-to-distant future.


    What did Hopper to you that you put so much effort in trying to bring his companies down? Aren't you satisfied enough that the sp are already down? If you want them to fail, why not taking them on in a class action?

    Its simply delusional to believe that a hotcopper poster can "bring a company down". If hotcopper posts meant anything, your efforts and those of the IMU cheersquad would have that company's SP at over $1. Positive and negative HC posts have no effect.

    I've never spoken to Hopper, so don't have any personal gripe. I've seen the way he conducts capital raises. I've seen the way he remunerates himself. I've listened to him in videos and listened to him at AGMs, and I think he's arrogant and believes himself entitled and superior to retail shareholders. Some of this is also apparent (IMO) in his management teams.

    For the record, there is nothing I've posted about on HC that I haven't first attempted to take up with the company. But consistent with the arrogance, these issues have either been ignored or stonewalled. For example, I politely queried clarification around the L1 facility last year and again this year. Ignored by the company. Then the company had to go through the embarrassing process of removing reference to it in its ASX announcement - I suspect for the very reasons I tried to raise with the company.

    Its not a question of wanting anyone to fail or bringing anyone down. Its just that I don't view extreme wealth or ridiculous salaries as entitlements to treat people disrespectfully. I also think its the right thing to point out if an emperor is wearing no clothes ...
