John (to me) just comes across as very evasive and deliberately vague. His behavior and communication-style doesn't inspire trust.
And apart from that, bungling so many re-listing attempts leads to me to think the company's finance team either lacks the skill needed to push this through, or alternatively, there is something amiss that we don't know about.
Hope I'm wrong though. I want this to work out.
