Hi Kiwikarlos
You stated "SH have chipped in $120 Mill and lets say rate of return is 10% PA over 20 years. so roughly they need to make enough profit to repay $120 Mill +$55 Mill + about 12 Mill PA for a return. Around $420 Mill over 20 years or about $20 Mill PA profit".
I would forget about the 120 million that shareholders have injected - that is old money now and with MAE having a market cap of around 9 million its obvious.
The main factor is the debt and getting the gas to flow at the stated projections.
I think what is needed is some debt relief lol. If they could possibly master to yet again renegotiate this debt on different terms then it could be beneficial to everyone. They owe about 5 million on June 30, so unless they can repay this (looks very doubtful)or renegotiate (more likely) then what next? Liquidation?
It was an interesting today's announcement, similar to many of MAE's previous announcements but it did give a much more clearer idea of what is planned. It also generated a bit of hope this plan can in fact get the results desperately needed.
