Would much prefer to see a timeframe attached to the performance options (e.g. VWAP of $0.036 by 30/06/24). If the VWAP gets to $0.036 in 2030 and performance options are issued, that's nonsense.
Furthermore, if SP milestones are not triggered within 3 years, there should not be a plan B to reward performance. Clearly the performance is absent if SP milestones are not met, therefore no options should be issued imo. I'll be voting no.
