Just stumbled across an old Edison group pediatric sales forecast,

They had US 65% marketshare at 257 patients
Europe 50% market share at 582 patients

Sale price was US $285,000, but now we presume around double that number
30% lower pricing in Europe- probably through an advertising partner, we take 60% of revenue and supply the product.

It had not registered with me that the European market was triple the US. That's using annual numbers of 396 US and 1325 European.

For fun I had 9 million in marketing and admin, 25% taxes and 60%GP, 25 times = Billion dollar valuation
