In all of the houses I know of, the risk manager is banning RAC purchases, IMO creating opportunities for those who have bold risk committees and those who ignore the RC's recommendations!
The relatively high trade volume, low bid volume and tiny price change suggests to me that some (beyond Kron) are moving in in the hopes of capitalising on this fear!
