I am not saying that a license fee will be calculated that way. I am simply pointing out that if our SMN negotiator is smart enough to use that proposition to show additional advantage in using CVM technology then SMN might be able to come up with a better deal.
Confidentially, I don't think they are that smart.
A word of advice for our negotiator, as I have outlined previously, sell the benefit not the technology.
