Have you considered the alternate scenario of 20 years in the US (worse case scenario). 2013, today 2023 so no not 16 years left. But perhaps less than 10 years left? My belief or understanding ding is US patent protection is also based off Initial Patent grant date, so for our largest market, this is in fact only less than 10 years away. Looking for discussion and insights from ppl not critic.
