Galp holds 80% from pel 83.
I didnt thinked before this news that they are going for 2-3 drills.
i guess that maybe they nagotiation with partner to farm in and carry the drills.
Im not sure about it but its make sense and its remind me pcl annoncment about 3d in late januar before woodside option deal.
