I'm born alright and yes this is called a womb-world, because you will be born into a spiritual dimension.
It's a bit new age to consider that this life, physical reality, is just an inconvenient stepping stone to spiritual birth, but it must be the most important stepping stone of all, because it is the only moment in your existence in which you will have a tiny bit of free will.
So it is that in this brief moment you establish the foundations of your spiritual existence, because beyond this life you may progress spiritually, but you will not have free will.
