I don't know how many treatment suites will be in the newly leased premises in Melbourne but if we assume there will be 10 and at peak operational capacity there will be perhaps 6 to 7 in use at any point in time and each completing 2 x 8hr 'treatment' sessions across the hours of operation daily...that is a significant business model in an emerging drug therapy.

Would also indicate why after hours operational capacity is a huge asset - duration of treatment sessions demand extended hours of operation and add to the viability of the revenue model while ensuring quality service delivery for significantly improved quality of life outcomes.

simple back of the envelope numbers based on that Melbourne operation and the included modelled logistics indicate that single initial leased set of suites will be conservatively a many multiple million dollar operation annually.
