They didn't get to the point of producing a CAPEX, however in the short time they took up the phosphate project, they were able to give a resource estimate and were on their way on signing key partners/contracts for the dredging and funding process... They did say that it would cost US$26 per tonne to dredge the phosphate and put it in onshore storage...
But my point being that minemakers have made an absolute meal of getting this project off the ground with so much dilution and incompetent management/announcements...
BON were on target to produce 3mt of phosphate by 2011, and at this rate, minemakers won't be able to do this until 2011/2012 and I believe that the BON project would have been more economical...
