Indigenous culture is extremely primitive without any concept of work for remuneration or financial gain.
When mixed with the modern culture of a social security for those who do not work it has resulted in an inferior or non existent work ethic.
Until indigenous people change culturally & adapt to the modern world (like those in urban city centres) they will never progress.
Any migrant who comes from a culture where you need to work hard to be successful will always get ahead of indigenous people who do not want to work.
