TS has now done two deals with DS crew and are trying to get this one. They don't have my vote. DS crew has control of DUO.
DUO has done two vends since floating, North Minerals for 25m shares and 25m options and Zelta Holdings with one tenement application for $1.2m cash, not to mentioned the crap they put in at the float.
People don't do it to yourselves.
From the latest MOU with the Chinese company, if TS wants control then he will need to pay a higher price than 3.5 cents, cause that is what they are prepared to pay.
