Great article, Racer. Those who have lived through wars would appreciate it the most. Funny, yet after all this time, those who served in the German army, are still branded as Nazis. As if they had a choice in either serving,or carrying out orders....

All countries involved in wars have their detractors....but somehow some people still vilify the Germans especially..
Funny, again, some hang on more than others. The Russians? You never hear from them.They got on with their lives. The Chinese? They still absolutely hate the Japanese, totally. And then there are THOSE who still vilify Germans, and hunt down frail old men who carried out orders nearly 70 years ago. Fanatics? Yes, they are all alive & well.
