6c is NOT a substantial premium to its volume weighted average over almost any time frame you care to suggest since the share price surge a few months ago. The current price of 4.2c is right at the bottom end of its recent trading range. I doubt a truly independent party would find an offer of 6c either fair OR reasonable. The company has the cash it needs to move forward and results to date have been promising. Any takeover bid would have to do better than that to succeed (IMHO.)
Anyway, Gavel, very soon we'll find out how credible you are, or at least how good your sources are. If a takeover offer comes, no matter how low, then hats off to you. If no takeover bid eventuates, then please have the decency to admit that you are a belligerent bag of wind, who has no better insight than the next person and just harbours a psychotic hatred of the company.
