I hope this exercise highlights the significance of potential gains when calculating projected earnings based on EPS.
If WA1 had 20 times the SOI, EPS would drop the same amount.
i.e: EPS would become 24.5 cents US and the projected share price would drop to $1.45 AUD @ a PER of 4 and $2.90 AUD @ a PER of 8.
Investment gems like WA1 with low SOI and potential don't pop up every day.
