    Similar to my thoughts. In injunctive relief here just says, in my view, “they can’t do anything until we actually determine if the JV has been terminated but if they do they will be told to pay a penalty”. Nothing yet determined in terms of the substantive questions, just a “hold” placed in things until actually determined. Good news? Well I guess any news that is not bad news must be good news - right?
