She has done amazing work. Got rid of the mess of non performing cards and business units. Led the development of the platforms. Moved the company from being a bricks and mortar dinosaur to a digitally capable company. If Covid hadn’t happened when it did the price wouldn’t have been trashed the way it was. Or if the Latitude deal hadn’t been sabotaged.
Hopefully the new guy will be capable of building on what she has created - the terrific big things sector, the Canadian expansion, the commercial leasing and get the price to where it should be.
