All right, I'm out. So expect the price to jump significantly now that I'm not holding (you're welcome). Thankfully, I bought in very early so even after all is said and done, I'm only really down 2k even though on paper it looks much much worse due multiple trade events.

Bit late to the party, in terms of the market update, but after reviewing it. I don't see anything of any substance happening just vagueness around commercial agreements and TGA submission. Not even a hint of a date there or anything. So it read to me as pie in the sky. They don't really have any concrete dates for anything.

"Further updates will be announced to the ASX as the new application and submission progresses" - well it's been two months, and nothing relating to the submission has been announced, so no progress?

"The withdrawal of the TGA submission will not impact proposed market entry activities into CE Markconforming territories (Europe), nor additional international markets such as the USA" - Cool we already knew that, it's not really a selling point anymore

"As previously indicated, Rhythm is assessing its partners within each of the regions as a short-termobjective to obtain commercially favourable terms that will deliver solid growth" - Nice. ETA?

"A U.S.A. based manufacturing company has supplied a feasibility manufacturing batch whichhas delivered the expected outcomes and scale-up activities have now been planned for1H’24. This U.S.A. manufacturer has been selected to support our future market entry acrossthe American continents" - by 1H'24, unless I'm really bad at math, won't they be very close to being out of cash?

"The final stages of a new Company website expected to be delivered imminently" - who gives a shit about a website? So what I'll have a nice smooth typescript UI to browse absolutely no new relevant information.

etc. etc.

Its a shame I really loved this one and hope it does well and proves me wrong, but I'm just getting a bad vibe.
