re: Ann: Targets Gas Production of 15 mmcf pe... With respect, all the sums any posters might do are going to come to nothing in the context of Mae. Shareholders have absolutely no choice (IMO) but to stick to the belief (until shown to be otherwise) that JS took on a task with his professional ethics open in front of him, assessed that certain levels of money and time had a reasonable chance of producing an appropriate level of reward for the risks, and his continued employment continues on that ongoing basis. He must still believe that the end result is a successful one and appropriate to all the money/time spent so far- if that equation looks to be clearly unattainable at any point he will bail (because to continue would be grossly unethical). I dont believe there is any such thing as a contract for a persons professional services for a fixed term such that the pro is unable to bale should he consider his code of ethics ,in his view, have been compromised.
