As a shareholder in both, I believe that it is with impartiality that I say NXD is a better quality business than EDU, but both have industry tailwinds to spare.

Judging by its share price performance over the past 12 months, NXD is clearly in the process of being "discovered" by the market. EDU still remains "undiscovered", but what will change that will be an update something along the lines of the following:




That, and/or the consummation of the Nurses Training Australia acquisition, which was announced (and for which capital was raised) almost 12 months ago.
That delay has certainly not been helpful to the share price.
