Could it be pll is doing all of this !!
PLL haven't got the cash to be doing anything other thing than selling its share of SYA on the back of a higher shareprice to help fund its upcoming plans IMO..
if its shareholding moves more than 1% from where it sits now it requires a change of substantial shareholding notice...
