As the start of this Thread said it is a 'great Take Over or Merger opportunity', since that La Jolla 'Lot' have been playing around converting Cash to Shares here and possibly pushing the RCP Shre price down to do so.
A takeover or Merger would no doubt see M.K. a Non Exec.Director here given his 'Marching Orders' and that would no doubt see a great improvement in the RCPs Share price.
