especially when my wireless connection (Satellite feed) karks it at the crucial moment when I press the "Post Message button" and it suddenly disappears after spending an hour composing a post...I must compose long posts in "Word" next time and copy to HC next time.

You certainly have been doing lot's of research lately and it's all good...Great work.

The way I see it is that if the application was not lodged until last week then we will not have a decision for a while yet.

If the Petrobras mother company can lodge a FIRB submission for and on behalf of their new Australian company (Petrobras Australia Pty Ltd)..as a proxy.. then I am wrong and you might see the decision very shortly.

However if it is Petrobras Australia that has to lodge the application, then we will will have to wait up to 90 days from the date that this company is incorporated and also assuming that the lodgment occured on the same day.

I do not have the time to check these technicalities due to business commitments prior to end of Financial year...maybe some of the bloodhounds out there could check this.

This was the prime reason for my Grizzly outlook yesterday...you know.. more waiting and more of the SP sliding downhill or going nowhere whilst the Bots have a field day.

You're right, I do not think it will trace back to 25c ..you did well today as it finally closed at 30c with one small buy order in 34c on the first line for tommorow..that will be wiped out in the first second of trading tommorow.

I picked up a few around 27.5c on the day the SP hit 24.5 ..certainly helps the averages ,as you know.

I fail to see why MEO cannot update all of us on the current status re the Lodgment...Is it so hard to say that it has been lodged or not.

Enough from me ..

I must go and nurse my Grizzly Growly headache from that Grizzly Jungle juice from last night.
