Interesting Mr Dasher and Summer12, I like your responses. However, who would you head hunt to replace the CEO? What credentials and achievements would you be looking for? There are lots of wannabes out there that think they have what it takes to turn a company around and worst of all, their referees give them glowing reports just to get rid of them. No good filling the void with an under performer.
