Gave myself a Vaxed Badge and fronted up my arm. Nurse is insisting I take it easy on exercise today.

10 km moderate paced run, 25 push ups and 25 chin ups is a restriction I can cope with.

I wonder if the big stash of "Arm Yourself" covid badges will be collectors items one day
