For me, particularly in seniorpeople, their comfort with being accountable is the most important thing forme.

That is one of the differentiators of good and effective leaderswho can live up to their commitments.

What is the secretto good leadership?

That is such a big question, isn’t it?

Two things I think are really, crucial. One is that issue ofpersonal accountability, and really taking that seriously so people can havetrust and confidence in the commitments you make.

The second thing is to surround yourself with the best possiblepeople you can find and really work on building outstanding teams.
