Could someone succinctly explain how the granting of an interlocutory injunction to maintain the status quo pending hearing of the substantive dispute is a momentous outcome as I’m gathering to be the view by numerous posters here? I mean failing to be successful for such administrative step would be momentous as it would suggest the court sees there’s nothing to consider in the substantive case worth preserving the status quo for, but this type of order is pretty normal in these sorts of commercial disputes isn’t it?
