If they default they are out of business and not able to cancel the jv anyhow, the 50k is irrelevant and it only takes a naysayer with biased views to try and focus this conversation on comminiere not following through, not paying the penalty and defaulting.If tthey don't follow through on icc order the drc is out of business. What's more important is the precedent this order sets, the jv is valid, this makes avz pre-emptive rights validand therefore zinjin is done for... All that remains is dathomir wanting to say they signed the deal, took the money and then changed their mind a few years later haha
