Yeah Pasqual there will always be reasons not to do something and many of the bears are experts at finding them. Everything is so gloomy in many of their eyes and honestly if that is all they focus on they must be so depressed it is a wonder they can get out of the bed in the morning. At the end of the day there will be a level of market pull back when who really knows but if you wait for the mythical 40% market fall you will likely never enter the market. As you said if by some miracle the whole market does drop significantly then it just means we can buy twice as many properties but I really can't see it happening in the areas I watch.
