For me the key parts need to be read in reverse.

This implies to me that this person - who was a former director of the Chilean Nuclear Energy Commission, does not believe LPI have this permit.
If LPI were fully permitted, why did he not mention them?
I am saying in lieu of this person not mentioning them, the company should come out to clarify this to the market.

Look at what has happened to AVZ. They "had everything in place", but they have been in trading halt for over a year. I do appreciate that corruption is likely at the heart of that saga, but the company is saying one thing, and these government departments are saying another.
